The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) has been collecting feedback and revising regulations for Residential Care Homes and Assisted Living Residences, since 2019. It is with great pleasure to share the proposed regulations have been accepted by the Vermont Secretary of State (SOS) and are open for public comment through January 17, 2024. Written comments can be submitted through the Secretary of State website. Two virtual public hearings will also be held.
