The Office of the Vermont Attorney General, in partnership with the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living has released A Consumer Guide to VT Long-Term Care Facilities. This guide will assist consumers with the legal differences between Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Residences and Residential Care Homes in the State of Vermont. This guide also provides links to resources meant to help consumers evalute long-term care facility options in Vermont.
